Error creating DS2DB database: incorrect file format

Hello all,

I am having some troubles creating my DVD Store 2 database for the first time. I deployed my machine for the first time, and followed the instructions to "Prepare the DVD Store 2 Database" on page 153 of the manual:cd /mnt/ds2

Copy the DVD Store 2 database zip file (ds21.zip) from the VMmark kit vserver/ds2db directory to the /mnt directory (the temporary 20GB drive).
(This step will already have been completed if you are using pre-built virtual machine template downloaded from VMware, but repeating it will do no harm.)

Unpack the file in /mnt (the temporary 20GB drive):
unzip ds21.zip
(This step will already have been completed if you are using pre-built virtual machine template downloaded from VMware, but repeating it will do no harm.)

Run the following commands:

cd /mnt/ds2
perl Install_DVDStore_vmmark.pl
  1. cd mysqlds2

sh mysqlds2_create_all.sh

When I run "sh mysqlds2_create_all.sh", I get a bunch of errors that stream out and say that the "files aren't found" but I checked, and the files indeed are there. So I tried converting it to Unix format: "dos2unix mysqlds2_create_all.sh", and then executing the script. This allows me to execute the script, and it appears to be working correctly, but then it prints out the following messages:

ds2db0:/mnt/ds2/mysqlds2 # sh mysqlds2_create_all.sh

ERROR 130 (HY000) at line 7: Incorrect file format 'proc'

It seems like there is an error in one of the scripts. Has anyone else had these issues?
Help is greatly appreciated!
