I’m having my first play at using SCCM Integration on our test VSM 9.1.5 system. I’ve got the basics work great – importing things like Model, Manufacturer using a Profile Map and using a Resolution Rule for Customer.
However, I’m a little stumped at how to get the CI’s Location and Organisation updated. I was hoping that during the linking of the Customer we could get the CI’s location and organisation to update to match the Customers when this was applied to it, but I can’t see how to do this.
If you manually edit the CI and pick a Customer, the Location and Organisation update – we want these to update during the integration as well.
Did that make sense and do you know if this is possible?
