We have been using the Vmware Horizon Mail app for probably a little over a month now. We have 3 different types of Android based tablets all running either Android 4.0.4 or 4.1.2. What we are seeing is intermittent issues connected to briefcase files. It can be files in my own personal briefcase or in the briefcase shares we have setup between users. I an usually get a few folders to open up, then back up a couple of folders and try another one and the connect will timeout. Usually going back to the inbox and back to the briefcase will allow for access to a few more folders then it will time out again. I have not been able to create a consistent trigger for when or why this happens. Has anyone else experiece this or have any suggestions to try? I really want this app to work as it makes it much easier for my users to access the briefcase section of Zimbra than going to the web interface on the browser. Oh and we are currently running Zimbra 7.2.2. I'll update if I find anything else out today.
EDIT: I guess I should mention this happens over Wifi in the building with the server and over Verizon 4G data network as well.
