hallo everybody,
I'm new to virtualization.
What I have in mind is to change the operating system on my notebook from WIN XP to WIN 7.
I would like install WIN 7 new and to keep WIN XP as a virtual machine for some "old" programs. Hopefully they will run in the virtual world.Image may be NSFW.

What would be the best practise to realize such modification ?
