Just upgraded Vcenter 5.0 to 5.1 0b, installation went fine without any errors but now the inventory service is totally broken and seems to have broken some other functionality as well.

And the search inventory is of course also broken, only giving the following error:
Error:Unable to connect to web services to execute query.
Verify that the 'VMware VirtualCenter Management Webservices' service is running on https://OUR FQDN:10443
How did this get trough QA at vmware!?
We have tried multiple solutions from many different KB articles and no one has solved the problem.
Also tried reinstalling the Inventory service multiple times and resetting the inventory database.
Any community members that got a solution for this?
