We have a number of reports which have charts displayed on them that work fine in Infra 8. We are currently finishing off our testing of upgrading to VSM9.1.2. However, we have found a problem with charts on scheduled reports.
When you manually run the report, the chart display the data in the report correctly. However, when you schedule the report to run, when you open the attached report on the email that is sent when the schedule is run, the chart contains no data. The attached word document contains some screenshots of what is happening.
Has anyone else come across this problems and is there a fix?
