Hello everyone,
Brand new to virtualization and VMware but I thought I'd give it a try and see what it's all about. I downloaded the free product called hypervisor and followed the document to do the install but it appears to have hung. Please see the attached image of where it hung during the install. It's been 24 hours so I'm pretty sure it's still not trying to install. The server I'm installing it on IS on the approved list so I don't think it's a hardware compatibility issue.
Has anyone had similare problems? I'm not sure if i should go over to the server room and power down the server and try again? Any advice someone could provide would be much appreciated.
