In 2 different scenarios where hyperic server stopped working the watchdog didnt try to recover it.
See the following bugs :
HHQ-5818 - System got into OOM but server wasnt restarted
HQ-4316 - wrapper jvm crashed and system went down without trying to restart.
After talking with Adar, it is not clear if the watchdog is suppose to take care of those scenarious.
Anyway, i expect watchog to identify when system gets into OOM and try to restart it.
