If you have multiple ESXi farms at one site - how do you setup SRM on them for one fail over site?

Question:  We currently have two ESXi farms - one in our central data center and one in our remote data center.

We have SRM installed at both locations and paired up with the two vCenters.  I am in the process of adding in a new ESXi farm to our central data center.  I will not be adding second one in the remote data center but I still need some of the servers on the new farm to have SRM fail over.  Can some one point me to where I can see how to do this?  I would assume I would create a new SRM server for the new farm but not sure how the pairing will work sence the remote vCenter is already paired with the central one.

Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.
