Hybrid vs VDs

Hi Friends

We planning to implement VDs in our environment on 1st project plan.

Little bit confuse to go with Full VDS or Hybrid mode where VSS for ESXI Managment and VDs for VMs, Motion & FT )

Current phase has 8 Blades,

4 Blade has 16 uplinks where 8 active and 8 standby               ( Uplinks are from HP Virtual Connect )

4 Blade has 4 uplinks where 2 active and 2 standby                ( Direct from Cisco Switch "trunk ports " )

More about environment, Physical VCenter and Enterprise plus license.

Please suggest any recommend or best practice for build this type of network environment.
