How to expand the Package vSphere Client Plug-in tool

To Whom it May Concern,

Hi, I've been trying to create a plugin for the vwc and when I try to package it, my box looks like this:

Before I got here, I did this:

What I'm trying to obtain is this:

Even though it's option, I need to add a Java service file into my package plugin and as you can see from the first image, I'm not sure if the Java service is pointing to the one I want to add into the package.

I'm in need of help here. I've double clicked on the window, tried ways to resize the window by going to each corner and trying to find the diagonal arrow icon thing, etc.
