Dear everybody,

I'm faced to the following problem: (first of all I'm not sure is this a esx issue)

I have a Windows 2008 R2 server on a ESXi 5.1

a few days ago I need to restart this server. The shutdown process was successfully accomplished. But when the operating system was booted I got an error screen:

If I choose the Repair I could do anything in command line, but it's not interesting.

If i Choose the Start normally in this case the windows is boot up normally I have desktop and I could do everything. I can install or uninstall application, or really everything.

But if i restart the server it's boot up again with the error screen, and after when i choose the normally start and the OS is booted up, all of my previously made changes lost. If i previously uninstall or delete an application now this deleted file available and the uninstalled application are still installed. If i installed an application or made a directory now this isn't available. All of the log files are missing between the first failed boot and the last boot

All of the log files re missing between.

Does anybody have idea what could happen?
