Any timeouts that restart or shutdown VMs?

Recently we had a network outage that affected out NFS vlan for several mins.  I am being asked what's the default and/or best practice timeouts that will restart or shutdown a VM.

Example:

HA host isolation mode = 5 and 30 seconds...  After 5 mins VMs perform nothing, shutdown or restart.  Default is restart...  KB???

Storage offline = This is the main one I am looking for.  After storage is lost or offline for {x} amount of time VMs will ???{shutdown}...  KB??? - I believe this is 180 seconds but cannot find it.

Anything else?

For some reason when I search for this information I am not pulling anything but the HA settings for timeouts and reboots but nothing else.  I am most likely not using the correct wording so any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

JB
