Veeam First replication

Hi

Can I make a local replication From LAN  to LAN then take the replicated Disks to an office over  the WAN,   instead of doing the first time from LAN  to WAN,  and save the time for the first replication ?

If so,  to continue replicating, now changes the destination, because the destination now is over the WAN, will it continue replicating to the second subnet/location ?
