System Settings in Base Layer

Hello,

I'm trying to create a Base Layer which

- has Mozilla Firefox and IE with a proxy configured in it.

- open the .zip files with 7-zip by default.

The default policies (Upload policy, Base Layer Rules policy, ...) are used for this base layer.

So I created a reference machine and capture the Base layer but everytime I deploy this Base layer to an centralized endpoint, only the applications installed in the reference machine are here, without the settings I configured.

So my question: is it a normal behavior ?
