I upgraded my Mirage 4.0 cluster to Mirage 4.2 today and installed the new Web Management package on both Mirage servers. I can access the File Portal and the Admin File Portal just fine. However, no matter what credentials I try, I can't login to the new Helpdesk Admin UI. I even created a domain security group named MirageHelpdeskUsers, placed myself in that group and added that security group to the Helpdesk role in the Mirage Management Console. Even after doing that, I still cannot access the Helpdesk Admin UI. What am I missing? Has anybody tried this feature?
