enable to installa vcenter server error "setup failed to launch the Microsoft Visual Studio 2005

hi when i tried to install vcenter server i had this error "setup failed to launch the Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 SP1 runtimes redistributable installer. could not be located" on windows server 2008 R2 64 bit

but i didn't find Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 SP1 runtimes redistributable installer. could not be located 64 bit
