Making iso file permanent in Guest

hi friends

whenever i am mounting my RHEL6.2 iso file from my datastore to a VM (RHEL6.2) & trying to make a copy of that, the moment i am clicking right click on it & clicking on "copy disc"  & then clicking

on copy, its saying success but the media RHEL6.2 iso icon in the desktop is disappearing & nothing is making image of it.

how can i stable the iso file to be there in the desktop can anyone tell me or how can i make a image?
