Admission Control Using Percentage of Cluster Resources Reserved Policy

I want to understand something:

I have a VMware HA Cluster with 2 identical nodes. Normally, I should reserve50%of resources (CPU and memory)at leastasfailover capability.

This would meanthatif an HAfailover happens, a server will bebusy at 100%(50% +50%), which could beworse forperformances.

According tomylogic, this means that we must alsoreserve a certainpercentage ofresource for thehost to avoid that it be fully busy.

Do you have anidea of ​​the percentagevalues​​orresourcesto be reserved forthe host?, What are the VMware best practices about this issue ?
