Hello,
I'm trying to get an NVidia Quadro 4000 workingin Horizon View 5.2.
I have ESXi 5.1.0 build 1065491 booting with built-in video, both cards are listed in hardware.
It appears I'm having issues with the xorg service.
When I reboot the ESXi box, xorg is stopped even though it's set to start with the host.
If I start xorg from vcenter server it shows as started, but, when I look at the command line
#/var/log # /etc/init.d/xorg status
Xorg is not running
I then # /etc/init.d/xorg start
It still says: Xorg is not running
/var/log/Xorg.log is empty, no error messages
Is there anywhere to look at why xorg is not starting?
Even though the driver is installed it doesn't look like it's loading properly.
What should I be looking for?
