LSI 9260 w Supermicro X9SCM

I recently rebuilt my ESXi 5 box with a new motherboard & cpu (Supermicro X9SCM). I moved my RAID card (LSI 9260-8i) from my old system, with virtual drives intact, directly to the new system. I'm able to boot from the RAID card as before, but once booted ESX doesn't recognize any storage. I can see the card when I run lspci:

but it seems when the driver starts up it doesn't find the device:

Same card works fine with the same install connected to the old motherboard. I've tried running the installer as well, and it shows the exact same symptoms - lspci sees the card, but everything else acts like it's just not there. I've poked at just about every setting I can think on the BIOS and the LSI firmware, with no luck. Any suggestions?
