Guest VM on different subnet

Hi,

first to say i am newbie in all this and i have one question.

EXAMPLE:

I have server where i installed ESXI, with IP 192.168.0.100

now i created

1 VM - 192.168.0.101

2 VM - 192.168.0.102

3 VM - 192.168.0.103

All 3 VM can go to Internet and ping each other, but i wont to put them in new network like 10.0.1.xxx

How to make that , and will they access net , and ping Esxi on 192.168.0.100?
