I am using the same external SSD booting drive to boot two different iMacs at work and home, thus carrying all my stuff up-to-date on such SSD.
Yet, when I open the virtual machine of Mac OS X Server 10.6.8 (Snow Leopard) on VMware Fusion 5.0.3 on OS X 10.8.3 (Mountain Lion) installed on such external SSD booting disk, VMware asks the following when trying to open the virtual machine on the OTHER Mac:
"This virtual machine might have been moved or copied". Additionally, I have seen:
Q.) VMware is telling me: 'This virtual machine might have been moved or copied'. What should I do?
VulnHub - Frequently Asked Questions
Should I choose "I moved it", or "I copied it"?
Is there any way to PREVENT VMware Fusion ASKING such question with every single Mac switch (as said, I always boot the two Macs at work and home from the very same SSD drive)?
Thanks.
