I had a trial of VMWare Fusion on my mac. I uninstalled it following all the directions posted online. It appears to be gone but when I right click on a file and choose "Open With" it will show "Paint Windows 7 - VMware Fusion 5.0.2" or "Notepad Windows 7 VMware Fusion 5.0.2". How can I can these entries deleted?
