I am in trouble with a slightly small host ESXi 5.1 having just one NIC and running 3 virtual machines (2 W8, 1 W2012).
The host intermittent stops responding from the management IP, ping reports a lot of lost packets. However, all the virtual machines IPs are responding ok, with no packet lost.
Thinking about a network or switching issue, I have switched the host in another switch, but the issue goes on.
Could it be a host performance issue?. Any idea or suggestion?
