HTML Access is pretty smart if it works, I installed the feature pack, the agent and configured the connection servers. This worked straightaway.
But using a long servername to connect is annoying. So I decided to use a dns loadbalancer which managed 2 connection servers. Works great for the normal view client. Also the web access is possible.
But when I changed the external Blast secure gateway url and the external https secure tunnel url it began to hung. I also changed the certificate to the new url on both connection servers
Log In is possible, choosing an entitled pool is also possible, but when I try to select a pool and connect to my desktop my browser shows the message the requested site cannont be displayed. Even if I try directly through my connection server adresses.
Is it possible that when I changed the urls and the certificate, the connection server feature pack got broken??
