The stage1 of VCSA 6.7 was failed due to ETIMEOUT

Hi,

I'm trying to setup VCSA 6.7 on ESXi 6.7 and I got error at stage1.  The error log says as below.

*I changed the real domain name to "hostname"

error: Could not get response for get request from url https://hostname:5480/: Error: connect ETIMEDOUT 192.168.30.55:5480

2019-10-03T01:52:44.536Z - error: VAMI is NOT accessilbe[20]: https://hostname:5480/, err: Could not get response for get request from url https://hostname:5480/: Error: connect ETIMEDOUT 192.xxx.xxx.xxx:5480

Also, I can't access to VCSA host on Chrome nor IE.  However, I can ping to the host and I can see that the VCSA host is exist on ESXi.

I need to continue deploying stage2, but I can't access.

Do you have any ideas?  Or I will need to check with port 5480??  I mean, if the port is opened or not...
