VM Automatically Runs When VMware Starts

I have "Start automatically when VMware Fusion launches" unchecked on the VM. Yet, every time I start Fusion, it launches the VM.

What can I do to prevent this?

Also, is there any way to prevent a VM from automatically being added to the VMware Library?
