Hello, we're running Identity Manager 2.7. We recently started having issues with it syncing up to our thinapp directory on a separate server. Last week it completely crashed and we couldn't access it at all. After getting it back up and running, we can't log into it with our domain credentials or using the local admin account. Occasionally we completely lose connectivity with it and have to restart through vsphere or log into it through the vmware console and restart horizon-workspace service.
We contacted VMWare support and they said they'd try but since its such an old version, they might not be able to do anything and may not have anyone who can help...which to me is hilarious because it's only 3 years old.
Anyone have any suggestions?
