UAG root password fails regularly

Hi,

We often get the message "login failed" when connecting via root on the console. The password is definitely correct as I type it correctly in the username field. Can you tell me which logs I need to look at to determine root cause?

Is there also a way for us to link our UAG servers to our AD so we can login with our ADM accounts?
