Install/inject IE 11 Active X Control with the UEM. Is it possible?

Is it possible to install an active x control to IE 11 via the UEM?

The Story...

Just a handful of our users are use a java web app that requires an active x control to be installed in order for them to print.  Yeah...I know....It's a really crappy web app.   Since users aren't admins, users can not install the active x control.    The browser I am speaking of is IE11.  This is the only browser that is supported by the web app owner.    I do not want to install this in the master image if only a handfull of users .

Does anyone think this is possible with the UEM?
