My vCenter server 6.0 is on a Server 2008R2 machine. While we're working on doing the actual vmware upgrades I'm thinking of doing an in-place Windows server upgrade to Server 2016 on this machine--mainly to reduce any other kind of migration and or installations of vCenter applications. I know in-place upgrades are not optimal, but with end-of-life looming I thought this might be a temporary solution. What do you guys think?
