Well, I am well and truly stuck!
I have written a new workflow, part of which is an automated email to the customer once a task has been completed. I set up custom fields in that task which I need to populate in the email. They're available in designer for me to put on the email, and the email sends with those field titles on it, but doesnt actually populate the entered information from the task... is this even possible, or can it only read information from the Request? Please help :/
