We're happy to announce that Dynamic Environment Manager 9.9 has been released. The name of the product changed with the 9.9 release from VMware User Environment Manager to VMware Dynamic Environment Manager.
This name change should not affect existing deployments in any way, and upgrades work exactly the same as for previous releases. Note that there are no functional changes in the optional tools (Application Profiler, Helpdesk Support Tool, and SyncTool), so if you're sufficiently current (see the release notes for details), there's no immediate need to upgrade those.
The main product contains the following new features:
- Active Directory Attribute condition:
- Advanced configuration to collect and log some diagnostics:
The Advanced Settings Knowledge Base articles have been updated: KB 2145286 for Group Policy-based configuration, and KB 2148324 for NoAD.
20190921: Removed description and attachment for diagnostics settings, as KB articles have now been updated.
