During setup of the VSA, when I attempt to enable Proactive Support (clicking the link for "Proceed to configure log gathering and collection settings"), I get an error message from vcenter:
Cannot navigate to the desired location. Error details: Cannot retrieve the navigation path for extension com.vmware.ph.manage.data-collection. faultCode:Server.Processing faultString:'java.lang.Exception: Invalid extension id: com.vmware.ph.manage.data-collection' faultDetail:'null'.
