I just installed ESXi 5.1 on a Dell PowerEdge 2950. I edited the hostname and added that hostname to DNS. I can ping the hostname from my workstation. I created a new virtual machine, powered it on and attempted to connect to the console. I can't connect, I get the message "The VMRC conosole has disconnected...attempting to reconnect" I disabled ssl in advanced settings and rebooted the host and I still can't connect. My workstation is running IE 9. Any ideas what I can do to get connected?
