Configure Windows Server 2012 with Failover Clustering issue

Hi,

hope someone could provide some light here.

I tried to configure the cluster above but met with quite a number of issues

both my VMs have RDMs that could be seen by either guest OS. I have set physical for all my RDMs

but i am still hitting with this failed issue: "validate disk failover" during my validation test on Windows 2012.

i googled quite abit but saw people only having "warning" but mine is a total "failed"

Anyone managed to get it working on Windows 2012? I am on VMware ESXi 5.1.
