VCM Compliance Toolkit - ESX hardening guides

I want check configuration drift on my hosts in VCM based on the ESX Hardening Guides.  Where do I find that or how do I deploy it?  I've heard something about a 'Compliance Toolkit'?  Very hard finding this stuff in the documentation.
