PCoIP image quality levels, what's your best practice?

I've just started experimenting with tuning the PCoIP performance of our 300+ desktop deployment.  They are primarily general use computer labs so some video (YouTube, etc) is needed so I can't clamp down too much....just looking for the best performance without crushing my network (not everything everywhere is gigabit ethernet yet).

So far I've dropped the frame rate from the 30 FPS default, to 27, and I'm going to go to 24 FPS next.  If it's 24 FPS good enough for film movies and it's XenDesktop's default, I doubt anyone will be able to notice much.

I've turned off Build-to-Lossless..... didn't seem to have any negative visual impact and the user's don't notice, and it cut the traffic some.

Thinking of changing Maximum Initial Image Quality from 90 to 80 as well as a start for that policy....thinking maybe this might make full screen video a little more fluid.

So has anyone already gone down this road and come up with a better general use baseline than the VMware defaults that you like?
