Do the primary and secondary VM's need to be in the same time zone? The way I read that section (Pre-Install Requirements) it looked like the answer is yes (verify that both the primary and secondary servers have identical system date, time and time zone settings.).
I have vCenters SQL DB on a separate server so do I need to install anything on that SQL Server VM or will all of that data be caught on the vCenter Server VM side then replicate to the secondary node?
