How to Decrease MAX Disk size in Workstation 14

I am wondering how to change the max Disksize of a grow able Disk. I made the major mistake to specify

200 GB Drive size for my VM and now when i clone it it will create a clone with same size. I searched and

followed the instruction of resizing the OS and then shrink the HD which is now around 17GB. But i cant find

a way to change the Max Size. Hope someone can point me in right direction
